- This web site is designed to provide the user information about Ochilview Garden Services. This information is correct at the time of update to the best of Ochilview Garden Services knowledge, but does in no way form a contract between Ochilview Garden Services and the user.

- Payment for work done: All payments should be received by Ochilview Garden Services within 14 days of invoicing, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Except electronic payments which should be received by Ochilview Garden Services within 18 days. Failure to comply may result in a procesing fee of £5 and interest at 8% being added to the invoice.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with work done a challenge to the invoice should be received within 14 days of invoicing.
- Refunds will be given by cheque any other method of repayment is at the discretion of Ochilview Garden Services
- Work undertaken and quotes given are based on a visual assessment of the site and do not cover unforseable complications.
- Ochilview Garden Services reserves the right to turn down any job with valid reason including but not limited to no one available to carry out work and the work being not a service offered by Ochilview Garden Services
